Charuka Abhayawickrama
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Charuka co-founded CN Global in 1998 to provide software solutions to finance / investment industry. Charuka has extensive experience in developing corporate IT solutions. He is primarily responsible for the strategic direction of CN Global. Charuka has worked for USA, UK, North Europe, Australia, New Zealand based companies as well as for federal and state government agencies. With establishment of offshore centers in south Asia and building a network of highly qualified professionals, Charuka's vision is to guide corporations worldwide develop and deploy quality IT solutions at low cost.

Charuka graduated from University of Western Sydney with a Master of computing and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Charles Sturt University, Australia and holds a graduate diploma in Investment and Applied Finance (Treasury).


Ms. Nittaya Chookaew
Chief Financial officer, Head of Sales and marketing

Nittaya is a co-founder of CN Global. As the chief financial officer Nittaya has the overall responsibility of managing corporate accounts and managing financial operations within CN Global. Nittaya brings wealth of experience to CN Global where she has worked for number of multi national companies and has significant experience and knowledge in financial systems. Nittaya is playing a leading role in guiding CN Global design some of the financial software applications.

Nittaya holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Charles Sturt University


Paresh Chandra
Chief Technology Consultant

Paresh has worked for many multinationals which includes Price Waterhouse, Geac Computers. Paresh is primarily responsible for moving CN Global with new technologies and strategically positioning CN Global to deliver cutting edge state of the art IT solutions.

Paresh holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from University of Western Sydney
