Conversely if we come up with a sound business idea then we would partner with a marketing company that specialises in the distribution of that type of software. With this model the IP would be jointly held between both parties

The Fixed Cost Project is our most popular software development method based on a fixed cost agreement for the delivery of a specific solution at a fixed price agreement. In practice this means that a local or overseas representative meets up and discusses your specific requirements and then quotes the amount of hours we need to deliver your solution according to your requirements. ONSITE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ODP)

This is a suitable method if your business already has an existing IT Infrastructure in place, and is especially useful for on-going projects that require constant interaction with different departments at your location.
