EXECUTIVE TEAM

Charuka co-founded CN Global in 1998 with a mission to provide quality software solutions to the finance and investment industry. With extensive experience and know-how in developing corporate IT solutions, he has been primarily responsible for the strategic direction of the company.  

Charuka’s professional career has included being employed at companies based in USA, UK, Northern Europe, Australia and New Zealand, as well as federal and state agencies. Having established off-shore development centres in South Asia, as well as building a network of highly qualified professional, his vision is to guide global corporations into the development and deployment of quality IT solutions at a low cost.

Having received his Master of Computing from the University of Western Sydney, Charuka also holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Charles Sturt University, Australia as well as a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment (Treasury).

With a professional career stemmed within the disciplines of Accounting and Finance, James has since been a small business owner, a property developer, a corporate advisor at an executive level as well as a professional director.  He specialising and draws his focus on the likes of eCommerce, business Strategy, business analysis and commercialisation.

Within the course of the last two decades, James has played his part in advising numerous Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on capital raisings. In the past he has bestowed invaluable advice to the likes of Technofast Industries and Rotec. Technofast Industries is an engineering firm which devised a hydraulic nut invention that was sold to a US company in a multimillion dollar transaction in 2004, whereas Rotec is a diesel emissions company whereby James advised them on its capital raising in order to connect and launch itself in the US market.

In the past, James served as a Senior Banker at Barclays Bank, as well as a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Nittaya with Charuka co-founded CN Global in 1998, and has been instrumental for the growth of this fast growing IT Company.  Being the Chief Financial Officer, Nittaya holds the overall responsibility of managing corporate accounts as well as managing financial operations within CN Global.

Having been employed at a number of multinational companies in the past and is vastly experienced in financial systems; Nittaya has brought a wealth of knowledge to CN Global and is a key player in guiding the company into its design of some of financial software applications.

Nittaya holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Charles Sturt University.

Paresh has worked for a number of multinationals such as Price Waterhouse and Geac Computers, and in its time accumulated a vast knowledge in technological advancements and trends. With his experience he brought into the company, Paresh is primarily responsible for advancing CN Global with ne w technologies and strategic positioning to deliver cutting-edge state-of-the-art IT solutions.

Paresh holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from University of Western Sydney
