CN Global provides on-Demand IT Support services to organisations needing Technology partner to service their day-today Computing needs and keep them up-to-date with technology and software licensing.

CN Global On-Demand Support solution begins with an initial site assessment and form a baseline for the regular re-assessment of the site, so that we can monitor the progress and availability of your systems.

The initial assessment will also highlight urgent issues that require immediate attention, and those issues which require attention over the period of the support timeline.  Complete reports detailing the results of the Initial Site Review and suggested action plans will be provided upon completion.

Ongoing Site Monitoring and Support

Once the initial site consolidation work is completed, RMS team will continue to monitor your site at regular pre-planned intervals throughout the contract period, performing tasks as scheduled, assessing and upgrading various subsystems, and other tasks as requested.

Monitored site will be reviewed weekly or monthly to assess long-term loading and performance data to assure continued maximum reliability.  The report that you will receive in return will allow you to better manage your open source infrastructures, and to help you plan future requirements.

Remote SysAdmin Support (RSS)

The Remote Managed Services (RSS) is a framework for obtaining on-demand system administration services from CN Global in order to look after your site effectively without the need for hiring a full-time system administrator.

Emergency support is available for mission-critical Applucations.  Regular support contracts entitle you to routine maintenance, optional 24/7 monitoring, and preferential treatment when emergencies occur.
